The Heritage staff boast 4 fully qualified auto appraisers in Minneapolis with a minimum of 10 years experience. Please see the staff page for detailed information. Each of our out state adjusters also handle appraisal assignments.
We are committed to the IADA's 20 point program. (see the IADA link on the main page) It is our belief that the primary purpose of an appraisal is to provide service to your insured or claimant. A prompt, professional appraisal can set the tone for the rest of the claim process. Cost control can be achieved without sacrificing service.
FLAT FEE agreements are welcomed. All estimates and reports are computer generated.
Heritage appraisers have handled several MAJOR DEALERSHIP LOSSES. We can put up to a five person team on site in 24 hours. Be it conventiona; estimates or PDR estimates we have the experience to get the job done!
